TRUTH HARDWARE WINS AWARD
(Owatonna, MN) Truth Hardware, North America's leader in the design and manufacture of quality operating hardware for windows and doors, recently was awarded the prestigious Crystal Achievement Award while at the GlassBuild America Show in Las Vegas. The Crystal Achievement Awards, sponsored by Window & Door Magazine, annually recognizes unique innovations in product technology, manufacturing and marketing. Truth Hardware won in the category of "Most Innovative Window Component" for their recent product introduction of the Fusion System. Truth Hardware's Fusion System, which incorporates a hardware design where the tilt latches are hidden in the check rail and are actuated by the same lever as the lock, allows homeowners to be able to unlock the window and release the tilt latches all with just one hand. "The interest in the Fusion System has been fantastic, and receiving this award serves to validate what an important innovation this product is for the residential window industry", commented Connie Trom, Truth Hardware's Business Unit Mgr. for Double Hung/Slider Windows.
