Customer Service


Truth Hardware Customer Service is available to report any quality issues in product or service. A Corrective Action Request is documented and forwarded through the organization for proper reporting and a reply to you. You can contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-866-7884.


Corrective Action


When problems are reported to our Sales Team, a Corrective Action Request is completed and forwarded to the Quality Department. These Requests are keyed into a database and presented daily to our Material Review Board (MRB). The MRB assigns responsibility for the Corrective Action and monitors progress. Our focus is to contain the problem, identify the root cause and implement a solution that prevents the problem from recurring.


Material Review Board


Truth's MRB is made up of representation from all aspects of the company. We have Engineering, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing represented in these daily meetings. The group reviews all Nonconformance Reports, Engineering Changes, and Corrective Action Requests. Membership is rotated as appropriate to maintain a total company-wide perspective on important decisions related to problem resolution.
